vegan chocolate chip cookies

These are some vegan chocolate chip cookies made a few nights ago with Jenny. They were very tasty and had an excellent texture. Almost like regular cookies.
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup vegan margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar (all the white sugar you have and then confectioners sugar because you didn’t have enough white sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- Egg replacer (we used 2 tsp. cornstarch and 1/4 cup water)
- As many chocolate chips as you have.
